Why am I being asked to provide an Authentication Code for bulk messages in Communication Hub?

Through Communication Hub you can send bulk marketing emails and other kinds of messages to your users directly. To reduce mistakes and to prevent messages sent by any unauthorized person, Admin Authentication ensures that before sending the message, the registered number and email on the admin account, receives a one-time password through SMS and email.
Upon validation through the Authentication Code, the user can publish any bulk messaging through Communication Hub.
For more information on sending bulk messaging via the Communication Hubclick here.
Once a message has been composed and is ready to be sent out, click on the Publish button will trigger an Authentication process. The Admin user for the reseller account (there is only one admin) will receive a code via email and text.

Enter the code in the dialog box that pops up when you try to publish your message. Click Continue.

The validation code is only valid for 30 minutes. You can click "Resend Code" to generate a new code.
If you are scheduling a message to send out in the future, you will be prompted when you save the scheduled date to enter the authentication code. You will not be prompted when the message is sent out on the future date.
If you are saving the message as a draft, the system will not ask you for an authentication code, however it will ask for the code if you decide to publish that message.
