How is the score in the Reviews section of Report Card calculated?
The Reviews score is based on three factors:
Total Reviews (Minimum of 30)
Average Rating (%)
Available Channel to the Total (5 Channels) (%)
We first calculate the scores for each factor contained under the section. We then take those combined scores and assign a grade.
