How is the score in the Social Reach section of Report Card calculated?
The Social Reach score is based on two factors:
Social Profiles Available (%) = { Business identified on "X" number of channels / Total channels looked up (4 channels) } * 100
Min Followers = {100 Followers / Number of channels}
We first calculate the scores for each factor contained under the section. We then take those combined scores and assign a grade based on the average.
