How do I set up my digital report card?

The report card is a lead-generating embed you place on your website. The report card will scan your lead's existing digital presence and provide them with a score. We'll show them what they need to do to improve their score and why they need you.

To set up your digital report card:

  1. Select the Marketing tab
  2. Follow steps 1-4
  3. Copy the embed code
  4. Go to the Manage Your Site tile
  5. Add the embed module and paste the embed code into the module

Select the Marketing tab. 





Select the sections you want to appear on your digital report card. We recommend selecting all sections.




You can configure the form by selecting the eye icon next to the fields you would like to display. 




You can make a field a required field by selecting the checkbox next to the form field. 




Select the drag icon to move a field up or down in the form. 




Select the pencil icon to edit the Submit button text and to change the button color and button text color. 




Enter the email address where you would like to receive the form submissions. Select Next.






This is an example of how the report card will generate for your leads. 




Select the pencil icon next to the Get Started button. You can change the button text, change where the button directs to, enable one-touch calling for smartphones, and change the button background color and button text color.




Select the drag and drop icon to move a section to a different position. 




Select the checkbox if you would like to receive an email copy of each generated report card. Select Next.




Select the Copy to Clipboard button to copy the embed code.




Navigate to the Manage Your Site tile.



Select the + icon to add an embed section to your website. 





Select the + icon to add the embed module to your page.




Paste the code and select Save.



The form will display on your website.
