How do I edit an existing account?

You can edit an existing account and add additional products to a user's subscription. 


To edit an existing account:

  1. Select the pencil icon
  2. You can update the user's First and Last Name, Business Name, and add upgrades
  3. You can also cancel the account 

To edit an account, select the pencil icon.


This will take you to the Edit Account page.

Here you can edit the following fields: First Name, Last Name, Account Name, and Trial Days (if the account type is Trial Period). 
Note: You cannot edit the Email field or change the Account Type.



To cancel an account, select “Cancel Account”.



Confirm via the pop-up window.
