You can create accounts for your users within your reseller dashboard.
Create an account:
- Select Create Account
- Enter the user's information
- Select a trial period
- Select upgrades
- Select Save
To create a new account, select “Create Account”.
This will take you to the Add an Account page.
The following details are required to create a new account: First Name, Last Name, Business Name, Email, Password, Account Type, and Product Upgrades.

Select the checkbox next to products you would like to add to the account.
To generate a password, select the Generate Password link. To view the password, select the eye icon.
By default, the Account Type will be “No Trial Period”. To give your users a trial period, select “Trial Period” under Account Type. The trial length will be 14 days by default. Click the field to adjust the trial length. The expiration date of the trial will be shown below.
Select “Save” to add the account. It will now be listed in your dashboard. An email will be sent to the user with their username and temporary password. To view a user’s dashboard, select the globe icon next to the account.
To edit an account, select the pencil icon.
This will take you to the Edit Account page.
Here you can edit the following fields: First Name, Last Name, Business Name, Trial Days, and Product Upgrades (if the account type is Trial Period).
Note: You cannot edit the Email field or change the Account Type.
To cancel an account, select “Cancel Account”.
Confirm via the pop-up window.
To reactivate a canceled account, select the “Activate Subscription” button.
How do I extend a trial period?
To extend an account’s trial period, select the pencil icon to edit the account, enter in the total number of trial days, and select Save. The account’s trial will be extended.
How do I activate the subscription for an account that is in a trial period?
Select “Activate Subscription” to end the user’s trial and start their regular subscription.
Note: You can do the same for accounts that have an expired trial.
