Can I use a QR code to get reviews from my customers?

Yes, you can generate a QR code that directs customers to your Reviews page. Just follow the steps below to generate a QR code.

1. First, get the embed code to use on your Reviews page.

     

      Log in to your dashboard and select the "Get 5 star Reviews" tile.

      

      Select the Integrations tab.

      

      Select "Get Embed".

      

      

      It will take a few seconds to render the embed code. Once the page loads, select "Reviews Invitation" and copy the code using the "Copy to Clipboard" button.

      

2. Copy that code and place it on a page dedicated to retrieving reviews.

3. Once you have created the page with your reviews embed, navigate to A.I editor and retrieve the QR code.

      Select the "Make Your Own Design Changes" tile.

      

      Select "Menu" on the top right and then select "Manage Pages".

      

      

      Select the page where you added the reviews embed.
